EFL – one of the first leasing companies in Poland. The firm, operating since 1991, has a staff of top-class specialists and specialized infrastructure. From the beginning, it has been one of the key players on the market and actively participates in the development of domestic entrepreneurship.
Task:
Showing the process of introducing changes in the company’s management structure. The material was made for the presentation of the project at the IPMA PE Awards 2019.
